How you talk to them matters just as much as what you say.
You dont want to make it look like youre accusing them of anything because theyll only double down.
But that shouldnt come at the cost of your personal boundaries.

Next, you might get in touch with any organizations or companies that manage the properties in your neighborhood.
They might be able to advise you on how to move forward.
They might also be willing to help mediate the conflict.
If nothing works and youve exhausted all other avenues of diplomacy, it might be time to escalate things.
