One thing I do not miss from my early twenties is living with roommates.
Until it all blew up when her roommates figured out how much she was earning.
And nearly half want to live with someone that they can go out with often.
As long as everyone agrees that its fair, the even split can be great.
However, issues that might arise from this arrangement are conflicts when one persons salary changes.
Its also possible that someone might receive a raise and withhold that information from their roommates.
