Well, apparently OP got into their dream university, but didnt know it.
However, finally, OP got into their moms phone and saw the email.

I wouldve just left that night.
But what do you guys think about this situation?
Was mom really not in the wrong in this case, as she stated?
Or does the student have every right to be mad?
