Being a real estate agent, I pay attention to what buyers are telling me.
Maybe they talk about things that happened previously, and they cant handle a similar situation, i.e.
a neighbor has a dog that is barking when we are visiting a property.
My buyers turned around, not even looking at the property, Susanna shared.
But Susanna has some recommendations for prospective home buyers who want to see to it theyll like their neighbors.
Other neighbors are the first people to tell you about it.
This is not a 100% foolproof strategy, but it definitely helps.
A non threatening request can go a long way, Susanna noted.
Unfortunately, sometimes the only option left is to simply relocate yourself.

But who knows what will happen in your new location?
Having a security system on your property can also be extremely helpful if neighbors are lurking around.
Youll have hard evidence to show the police too, if they need to get involved.
